The Super Boost axle from Rotor is 144 mm long and only compatible with the KAPIC carbon crank. Like other KAPIC axles, it features a cleverly designed spline interface that creates a robust but smooth connection to Direct Mount chainrings, increasing the power transfer efficiency of each pedal stroke. Combining the Super Boost axle with the modular KAPIC carbon crank and Rotor Q-Rings (oval chainrings), you benefit from the advantages of OCP Mount technology, which allows you to adjust the optimal chainring position in 1 degree increments.

OCP Mount
The exclusive Rotor technology OCP Mount (Optimum Chainring Position) stands for biomechanical optimisation of the pedal stroke when using Q-rings. OCP Mount allows you to adjust the alignment of the chainring on the crank in 1 degree increments. The shape of the axle allows independent positioning of the crank arms and Spider or Direct Mount chainring, changing the relative position so that the optimum setting can be found for the user.
OCP Mount's multiple positioning options allow for super-fine adjustment of the OCP. This makes it possible to prevent or eliminate knee problems, to optimise the effectiveness of the crank rotation or to improve the traction on the MTB and cyclocross.
