With the SQlab measuring cardboard for sit bone measurement, you can determine the distance of your sit bones at home. Together with the enclosed measuring gauge, you can find out the optimum saddle width for you.
Application:
- place the measuring cardboard on a smooth seat surface
- sit upright on the cardboard and pull yourself firmly to the seat with your hands
- while doing this, place the feet in an elevated position so that the sit bones are more prominent
- stand up; the sit bones have impressed upon the measuring cardboard
- determine the centre of the two sit bones
- measure the distance from centre to centre using the gauge
- round up values between two full centimetres
- select the desired seat position using the pictograms and add the corresponding value
- choose a saddle with the correct width
