Scope S4 Disc wheelset – versatile road carbon wheels from the Sport Series
The Scope S4 Disc wheelset is a strong all-rounder for fast road rides, training and sporty everyday setups. With a 45 mm rim depth, it combines noticeable aero benefits with good control and versatile handling. The disc version weighs 1623 g and, according to the manufacturer, has no maximum rider weight.
With a 26 mm external width and 19 mm internal width, the wheelset is designed for road tyres from 25 to 30 mm, but can also be used with wider gravel tyres from 35 to 57 mm. The Scope Tubeless System ensures easy tyre mounting, direct inflation and long-lasting pressure.
The Sport Series uses proven Scope technologies from earlier carbon wheels and, like the Race Series, is built by hand. Local Reinforcement Carbon technology strengthens the area around the spoke holes to save weight while maintaining stability and stiffness. Scope S-Series hubs, a 3-pawl freehub system and Sapim CX-Leader spokes make the S4 Disc a reliable wheelset for versatile road use.
