Shimano BB-ES300-E bottom bracket - Octalink and E-type compatible

The Shimano BB-ES300-E Octalink bottom bracket is compatible with E-type front derailleurs. This is the difference between BB-ES300 and BB-ES300-AK. This bottom bracket is used for touring and MTB cranks installed on BSA frames with 68 or 73 mm bottom bracket shell.
