The Shimano adapter bolt with M6 x 18.7 mm thread is used on most Shimano post mount brake calipers or brake adapters that work with a snap or stop ring. This is also included in the scope of delivery. The bolt cannot be used for XTR brakes and the Road brake caliper BR-RS785.
