Shimano GRX WH-RX870-TL Center Lock Disc Carbon 28" Wheelset - For gravel biking with extra wide tyres

The WH-RX870-TL wheelset by Shimano has 32 mm deep and 25 mm wide carbon rims and is a perfect match for your GRX gravel groupset. These wheels allow you to fit 32 to 50 mm wide tyres with or without inner tubes and ride with low tyre pressure while maintaining lateral stability. In addition, they impress with a favourable ratio of stiffness and weight. Easy-to-maintain thru-axle hubs for Center Lock Disc brakes rotate in the centre, laced with 24 double butted straight pull spokes each. The steel freehub is compatible with both 11-speed and 12-speed cassettes for road bikes.

E-Thru
E-Thru is a tool-free thru-axle system from Shimano that optimises the stiffness-to-weight ratio and ensures easy handling via its reliable internal cam mechanism. It is characterised by a high torsion resistance and thus also supports cornering at high speed. E-Thru thru-axle hubs and thru-axles are available in the corresponding over locknut dimensions for front and rear.
