The Shimano SM-CRM81 chainring for the XT FC-M8000-1 11-speed crank provides even more efficient chain guidance. Responsible for this is the so-called Dynamic Chain Engagement+, where the tooth profiles are shaped to provide optimal chain retention. This allows the chain to glide perfectly along the chainring. At the same time, there is less noise and less wear.
