The Specialized Hover Expert Alloy 15 mm Rise handlebars have a 15 mm upward bend, which relaxes the rider's upper body and shoulders. However, unlike the Hover Alloy, it has no flare, i.e. an angle in the lower link, so that these handlebars are aimed less at gravel riders than at long-distance road riders. Overall the handlebars have a more compact design with a short reach and flatter drops, which prevents cramping. With the Hover Expert you stay fresh for longer and arrive being more relaxed.
