The Specialized Phenom Comp is a women's saddle with robust, hollow steel bars and MIMIC Technology for optimum support. Different materials and a layered structure ensure that the soft tissue is perfectly supported and swelling is prevented. The saddle's Body Geometry Design, created for optimal blood circulation, also contributes to comfort. The padding is of medium thickness in order to achieve an optimal balance between damping and feedback. Threads are integrated into the saddle shell to allow the attachment of Specialized SWAT™ accessories.

MIMIC is derived from the word "Biomimicry" - the production of materials and structures based on biological models - and refers to the special construction of Specialized women's saddles. Various firmer and softer foam layers and a thin TPU plate are used in such a way that the pressure generated while seated creates a counter-pressure.
