The braking performance is much better than it was with the stock metallic pads. Brakes don't squeak and the performance in wet weather is good.

Good grip and silent when clean, but can get dirty quite easily. When dirty the braking power is not very good and makes lots of noise. Anyway cleaning is easy as it only takes to cycle up and down a hill couple of times and brake a lot to burn all dirt off. In my use (mainly commuting) these holds up 2-3 years.
