Application:

Put the Quick Loop around the handlebar shaft of the child's bike and pull the carabiner end through the loop. Attach the patch-less end of the TowWhee to the carabiner. Put the other end of the TowWhee over the saddle of the towing bike or tie a loop around the saddle rail.
