The Lindarets x Wolf Tooth Tanpan brings the range and security of Shimano MTB rear derailleurs to Road bikes with Shimano drivetrains. This means a wider range of gears for greater adventures, more chain retention on rough terrain and less weight and complexity for daily riding.
To achieve these advantages, the Tanpan increases the cable pull of the Road shifter cable and allows easy combination with MTB rear derailleurs. Ideal for riders who want to convert their Road, Gravel, Cyclocross or commuter bike to 1x because of the simplicity and weight savings - or for anyone who needs lower gears than are possible with the typical 2x drivetrain. In combination with a clutch Shadow+ rear derailleur the Tanpan guarantees unique chain retention on Shimano Road drivetrains.
