1. How can I enter the giveaway?
You need to purchase two Pirelli tires from the Pirelli range at bike-components and complete the entry form. Important: Use the same email address as in your order.
2. Until when can I enter?
The giveaway ends on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CEST). Entries after that won’t be accepted.
3. What can I win?
1+1 exclusive VIP tickets to the Tour de France 2025 final in Paris on July 27th – including two nights in a 4-star hotel, access to a private VIP terrace at Place de la Concorde, gourmet catering, champagne and a Meet & Greet with the Lidl-Trek Team.
4. How will I know if I’ve won?

5. Which tires qualify for entry?
Any two Pirelli tires from our range at bike-components. It doesn’t matter if it’s front + rear or two of the same model – as long as it’s two Pirelli tires.
6. What happens if I submit the form but don’t buy tires?
In that case, you won’t be eligible to win. A valid purchase of two Pirelli tires at bike-components is required.
7. What if I buy two tires but use different email addresses?
Then we won’t be able to match your entry. Please make sure to use the exact same email address in the form and in your order.
8. Who can participate?
All persons of legal age residing in the European Union are eligible to participate.
9. How many times can I enter?
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
10. Is travel to Paris included in the prize?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
§ 1 Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to participation in the competition “Pirelli x bc Tour de France Giveaway 2025” and its implementation. Participation takes place solely on the basis of the conditions of participation set out here.
§ 2 Raffle
(1) The competition is organised by the company bc GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “bc”), Carlo-Schmid-Strasse 12, 52146 Würselen, Germany and Pirelli Deutschland GmbH, Höchster Straße 48-60, 64747 Breuberg, Germany. The raffle is not affiliated with META, nor is it sponsored, endorsed, or organized by META.
(2) The participation period is possible between 13.06.2025 (10 a.m.) and 17.06.2025 (11:59 p.m.). Late participation will not be considered.
(3) There will be a raffle for: 1x 2 Tour de France Grand Finale Tickets in Paris including 2 nights at the Mercure Paris Opéra Faubourg Montmartre Hotel, VIP hospitality with food and beverages on Sunday, Lidl-Trek Meet & Greet on Sunday & a Pirelli goodie bag.
The weekend in Paris will take place from July 26th to July 28th 2025.
(Transportation and any additional activities or costs are not included.)
§ 3 Participation
(1) Eligible to participate are natural persons and persons with legal capacity who are 18 years of age or older. The participant must be a permanent resident in the European Community. Employees of bc and their family members are excluded from participation.
(2) Only consumers shall be eligible to participate. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his/her/their commercial nor to his/her/their independent professional activity. Business owners according to § 14 BGB are not entitled to participate.
(3) Participation can only take place online https://www.bike-components.de/en/special-offers/pirelli-tour-de-france-2025-tickets/.
(4) Participation takes place by filling out a form at https://www.bike-components.de/en/special-offers/pirelli-tour-de-france-2025-tickets/ and buying 2 Pirelli tires in bike-components’ online shop.
The prize defined in §2 para. 3 will be raffled among all participants.
The participant must provide true, accurate, current and complete personal data (hereinafter referred to as "registration data"). The registration data are to be updated by the participant if necessary and changes are to be communicated immediately.
(5) Registration data will be stored by bc. Further information on data protection in § 5 and at https://www.bike-components.de/en/data-privacy/
(6) In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation or the reasonable suspicion of such a breach by the participant, bc is entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.
§ 4 Implementation
(1) In the event that the winner / participant has won, bc will notify the participant of the prize via mail.
(2) The winner must report to bc within 14 days of being informed by bc.
(3) The place of performance is the registered office of bc, i.e. Würselen.
§ 5 Registration data
(1) The participant declares his/her/their consent to his/her/their complete name (surname, first name) will be published by bc in the event of a win.
(2) The participant expressly agrees that bc may store his/her/their registration data until the outcome of the competition is published in accordance with § 6. Personal data will be deleted no later than two weeks after the competition has concluded.
§ 6 Granting of Rights
The participant agrees that bc or third parties commissioned by bc may use the media or statements etc. submitted by the participant for the purpose of reporting on the competition. They grant bc the non-exclusive right of use including reporting and public relations in connection with the competition. The right of use is granted without limitation in terms of time, space and content. Transmission according to p. 1 applies to all media. bc is entitled to comprehensive evaluation of the transmitted data in connection with the raffle on the internet and all other media.
§ 7 Liability
(1) In cases of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the liability of bc and its vicarious agents is limited to the foreseeable direct average damage typical for the contract. The limitation of liability does not apply to claims arising from bodily injury or damage to health or in the event of loss of life, insofar as this is attributable to bc.
(2) All information is provided without guarantee. This refers in particular to the publication of the names of the winners.
§ 8 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. For consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this choice of law shall apply only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
(2) Should individual provisions of the contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
