The gravel y helmet from uvex was developed for gravel use and impresses with a large protection zone. This is ensured by the deeper helmet shell. The In-Mold helmet shell is equipped with 13 generous ventilation openings. The helmet lining is removable and washable. In order to optimally adapt the helmet to you and your needs, it has the 3D-IAS adjustment system, which gives you leeway in terms of head circumference and height. The practical Monomatic ratchet closure can be opened at the touch of a button. Operating the ratchet closure is very easy, even when wearing gloves. The adjustable FAS webbing straps are comfortable to adjust. Your visibility increases thanks to reflective elements on the helmet shell.

Technology:

3D IAS Adjustment System
With the uvex 3D IAS system, helmets can be individually adjusted in width and height with millimetre precision and in no time at all. The headband remains comfortable and allows good ventilation of the head.

FAS
The Fast-Adapting-System (FAS) strap can be infinitely adjusted to the head and allows for a firm, secure fit. This way, the helmet remains firmly on the head and protects it even in extreme situations such as falls.

Monomatic
The Monomatic fastener by uvex is a ratchet fastener that can be opened and closed with one hand at the touch of a button.

Vent
Fresh air flows into the helmet through ventilation channels at the front of the helmet. From there, it is directed around the head and provides cooling. The warm air flows out of the helmet through outlets at the rear. And if you should need less cooling, the ventilation ducts can simply be closed up.
