Spare Parts

1. Identifying the spare part required

First, you need to identify the spare part on the official DT Swiss website.

There are 2 approaches:  

1.1 Via the navigation

1. The easiest approach is via the navigation.
2. In the menu at the top, you first select the product category from which you need a spare part.
3. Then you select the required product.
4. Once you have found the product, you scroll down to the support area. There is a drop-down menu where you can select the exact product.
5. Then you will find an overview of all the available spare parts and can select the one you need.
6. You will find the material number there. Note it down or copy it.

1.2 Via the official DT Swiss product finder. 

Use one of the available search options:

• DT Swiss ID (Scan the product ID with your device or enter it manually.)
• Product filter (Use the filters to manually find your product. You need to know a little bit more about your product for this.)
• Material number (You can find the material number if you have officially bought the product from DT Swiss, either on the packaging or on the delivery bill.)

Once you have found out the material number/manufacturer number, enter it in the search. The required spare part will then be displayed.  

No spared part is displayed?

If this happens, we do not sell this spare part yet.
