• Melt the Wander Wax in a wax melter at 75–85°C.


• The drivetrain and chain should be fully degreased and dry.


• Submerge the chain in the wax for at least 15 minutes, then carefully remove it and allow it to cool completely.


• Move each chain link to ensure it can move freely.


• Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove any excess wax from the chain.


• Reinstall the chain on your bike and you're ready to ride.


• The waxed chain will break in during the first 5 km of riding.


• Excess wax will be pushed out of the chain and the wax layer will optimize itself.


• Falling wax flakes can be removed with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
