Outstanding fork! Amazing fork!
My previous Lyrik Ultimate RC.21 with DSD Runt and unsuccessful Secus upgrade felt brilliant. Until I have installed Formula Selva S (now it's R, or could potentially become S).
It's unbelievably smooth from stock! I can't help, but compare it's smoothness to coil and the damper doesn't choke on repeated bumps like crappy re-valved RC2.1 does! I ordered 4 CTS to try, and all of them dramatically changes the fork's behaviour, it's not a marketing BS, really, just a different fork with different CTS, it really works this way.

I'm stiff playing with different CTS, tending to settle on the Orange CTS. The Electric Blue CTS is something really cool (go with Green for regular bike), it's like a sport car shock that still absorbs small chatter on repeated bumps without assosiated harshness with closed LSC and HSC on fox or rockshox. Stock Gold CTS is like you have a fox 36 2022 that works =))) Actually, according to fox/rockshox marketing BS, their forks should perform the same way as the Orange CTS, but they just can't get even close
.
If you're tired of buying into marketing BS each model year, than you'll be amazed by how Selva performs (it' been released in 2016 with a minor updates of the S negative coil spring for 2019, that's all)!!!

As a friendly advice, invest in some money into CTS tunes after looking at their website, at least in the Green, Orange and Silver just to try different fork's behaviour. Other tunes have something in common with those 3, except for the Red (didn't try it).
It's expensive, yes, but you'll be amazed by how good it is, how customisable and different it can perform! CTS can be changed on the trail bench, but you'll need to have a small bottle of alcohol, a rag and a small bottle filled with Formula oil just in case you might thing that some oil was spilled from the damper + necessary tools and high pressure pump.

It is not a set-and-forget fork, very far from it, just in case you hate to setup it correctly. If you hate a repeated runs specifically for setting up your fork, buy fox/rockshox/whatever other crap.
