1. Make sure the tire is not resting on the ground. Ideally, secure your bike in a work stand.


2. Rotate the wheel so that the valve is at the lowest point, in the 6 o’clock position, and wait a few minutes to allow the sealant to collect at the bottom of the tire.


3. Open the valve and remove the valve core.


4. Insert the dipstick through the valve into the tire until it touches the bottom.


5. Pull out the dipstick and read the fill level.


6. If necessary, add more sealant, reinsert the valve core, and reinflate the tire.
