X Actuation™:
Developed specifically for SRAM 1X, X-Actuation™ technology ensures precise and constant shifting along the entire 10-42 tooth cassette.
Roller Bearing Clutch™:
In the new X0 and X9 series rear derailleurs, Roller Bearing Clutch Technology ensures that the cage can build tension. A needle bearing prevents any light forward movements, the chain remains under tension and does not hit the strut. This prevents the chain from jumping off even without a chain guide on the crankset.
Cage Lock™:
Due to the Cage Lock™ Technology in the rear derailleur, removing and fitting the rear wheel and chain is quicker and easier than ever before. Simply push the cage forward (to release the chain tension) and lock it.
X-Horizon™:
The parallelogram design of the X-Horizon™ rear derailleur limits movement along the horizontal axis, eliminating ghost shifting and reducing the force required for shifting. The large offset of the upper shifting roller ensures a constant chain distance in every gear for faster and more precise shifting.
X-Sync™:
X-Sync™ 1X chainrings from SRAM provide the highest performance and durability. Long SRAM X-Sync™ tooth edges grip the chain at a higher rate than standard triangular teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile and the rounded bevelled edges support the chain guide. To guarantee the best possible performance on muddy terrain, X-Sync™ chainrings have recesses for the inner chain links and rollers to remove dirt and mud. German-made X-Sync™ chainrings are an important part of SRAM 1x drivetrains.

Matchmaker helps save weight and space on your handlebars. This system accommodates Avid®brake levers, numerous SRAM trigger switches, and RockShox PushLoc buttons in the form of a light and neat clamp.
