Scope R6.A Disc Center-Lock 28" wheelset – aerodynamic all-road carbon wheelset from the Race Series
The Scope R6.A wheelset is derived from the Artech series and developed for fast road riding, racing, intensive training and wider tyre setups. With a 65 mm rim depth and a set weight of 1579 g, it combines strong aero performance with a race-ready weight and durable construction. According to the manufacturer, the weight is measured without rim tape and tubeless valves; a variation of ±5 % is possible.
The 25 mm internal width and 33.7 mm external width are aerodynamically optimised for 30 mm clincher and tubeless tyres and offer tyre compatibility from 29 to 71 mm. The hooked tubeless rim bed is compatible with tubeless and clincher tyres, providing a balanced combination of rolling resistance, efficiency and comfort. The maximum tyre pressure is 8.6 bar / 125 psi.
The rim profile is based on Scope Algorithm Enhanced Aerodynamics and is derived from the Artech series, but without the Aeroscales surface structure. Local Reinforcement Carbon strengthens the areas around the spoke holes to reduce weight while maintaining stiffness and stability. Scope R-Series hubs with a mechanical labyrinth system help protect against dirt ingress and support long-term reliability. The 36T Diamond Ratchet SL system, SKF bearings, Sapim CX-Ray spokes and Centerlock brake interface make the R6.A a fast and versatile wheelset for modern road and all-road bikes.
Scope offers a 30-day free trial, a three-year warranty and lifetime crash replacement for the R6.A wheelset. According to the manufacturer, there is no maximum rider weight.
