The Shimano WH-MT500/MT501-CL-B 29" Wheelset - Higher installation width

The Shimano WH-MT500-CL-B or WH-MT501-CL-B 29" wheelset differs from the standard version by its over locknut dimensions: 110 mm in front and 148 mm in rear. The aluminium rims are 24 mm wide on the inside and are each fitted with 24 double-butted stainless steel spokes. Sealed, greased cone bearings are used in the aluminium hubs, which are characterised by their resilience and smoothness. The tried-and-tested Shimano E-Thru thru axle system ensures torsional rigidity and strength under all conditions. A version with Micro-Spline freehub is now also available under the model designation WH-MT501. These wheels must be used with a tube.
