Technology:
The Specialized FSR linkage design is based on a four-joint design with Horst Link in the chainstay, which separates the seat stay from the main pivot point of the rear triangle. This allows the pedal and brake force to be decoupled from the suspension, so that the compression and rebound are solely dependent on the nature of the terrain. This not only converts more energy directly and without bobbing into forward momentum, but also leads to more traction and thus more control. In addition, the FSR system can be fine-tuned to all the possible areas of applications and terrains.
