crankbrothers has put a 3 year guarantee on the Highline dropper post in regards to material and design failures on both the cartridge and components. More information about the guarantee can be found here.
The maintenance intervals are dependent on riding style and the geography.
After Every Ride: Wash away any dust and dirt from the dropper post, especially around the seals and spring. Check the post for any damage.
Every 150-175 Hours: Grease the inner components by removing the collar. Make sure to only use suspension specific grease (never oil!). After, replace the collar. Check all screws and bolts for the proper torque.
450+ Hours: Check the dropper post and replace the inner components.
You can find more information regarding the installation and maintenance of the Highline in the crankbrothers handbook as well as the maintenance instructions.
