The tubeless valves from milKit simplify the maintenance of tubeless systems enormously.
The idea for this was born on a mountain bike tour across the USA, when a tubeless tyre became flat due to dried-out sealant. Unfortunately, it's a problem that many tubeless riders are all-too familiar with.
Product development engineer and avid mountain biker Pius Kobler decided to find a solution to this and developed the milKit system.
With milKit, you can now check the fill level and condition of the sealant in just a few minutes and replace it if necessary without having to deflate or remove your tyre. It's that easy!

Best option for tubeless.
Sealant replacement and tire seating are easier.

Leider werden die Ventile mit den Dicut Oxit mitgeliefert. Für ein Laufrad hatte ich noch ein tolles TL Ventil - von dt Swiss selbst! Schnell wird der Druck vom booster auf den Mantel übertragen, plopp, perfekt drauf. Milch rein und dicht.
Nicht so bei dem milkit. Der Druck wird verlangsamt aufgebaut, kein plopp, Milch trotzdem rein, und dann mühevoll mit Sauerei dann soweit bekommen dass es ploppt und dicht ist. Ich hatte noch nie ein Problem den Füllstand der Milch später festzustellen. Der Sinn dieser Konstruktion erschließt sich mir nicht.

Ein Ventil blieb im Pumpenkopf stecken und ließ sich nicht mehr entfernen. Ein anderes Ventil hat den schwarzen Kunststoffstift im Schaft verloren. Auch ist der Fuß relativ breit für schmale Felgen. Der engere Querschnitt erschwert das Einfüllen der Dichtmilch.
In meinen Augen eine komplette "Verschlimbesserung", um ein Problem zu lösen, das es nicht gibt. Fliegen bei mir alle wieder raus.

A bit hard to get to seal around the valve stem. Other than that, its a very great valve.
Love the ability to be able to easily check the amount of sealant left in the tire, without to deflate the tire etc.
