3DF AirFit
The 3DF AirFit is an impact foam that has a soft and flexible fit and immediately hardens into energy-absorbing protection upon impact. This protector technology adapts to many body shapes and is CE-approved for the highest levels in the chest area and for the back.
The original 3DF foam has a solid single layer structure that provides good impact absorption but limits flexing in the garment. That's why Leatt uses the 3DF AirFit foam in multiple layers, but leaves enough space between the layers so that mobility and flexibility are maintained. This results in the greatest possible comfort with consistent impact absorption.
