The Scott Foil RC 30 carbon road bike with 105 Di2 groupset and aerodynamic design

The Scott Foil RC 30 road bike made of carbon is equipped with an electronic 2x12 drivetrain from Shimano's 105 Di2 series and scores with a highly aerodynamic profile. This makes it particularly suitable as a time trial bike. Down to the smallest detail, attention was paid to drag reduction, which was confirmed in wind tunnel tests and computer simulations. For example, the seat stays are a little lower. This not only increases comfort while riding, but they also conceal the brake caliper for a clean design and, not least, airflow. The air is directed into the spokes, which makes you even faster. The cockpit is also impressive: In addition to the aerodynamic properties, the Syncros handlebars are more compliant when you ride on the hoods and stiffer when you really pedal hard in the drops. Compared to its predecessor, the Foil RC boasts a 9% weight saving thanks to the improved carbon lay-up and simplification and reduction of the carbon joints. The electronic, semi-wireless Shimano 105 Di2 impresses with fast, precise shifting.
