The BB-MT800-PA bottom bracket by Shimano - Press Fit for XT and SLX cranks

Shimano BB-MT800-PA is a bottom bracket for press fit mounting in frames with 89 to 92 mm housing width and 41 mm bottom bracket diameter. It is recommended for XT, SLX and groupless Hollowtech II compatible cranks with 24 mm axle diameter. The bearing shells are made of resin.

Innenlager ist gut vorgefettet gekommen und auch der einbau in einen MTB Carbonrahmen hat recht gut funktioniert. Hab zum Entfernen und Einpressen das Werkzeug von ParkTool verwendet (Tretlagerwerkzeugset BBT-90.3) welches es hier auf bc gibt. Mit dem Demontagegerät hatte ich so meine Probleme da damit die Lagersitze des alten Innenlagers fasst komplett herausgerissen wurden und ich so fasst keinen Ansatz zum ganz Rausschlagen hatte.. zum Glück sind noch ein paar Ecken übrig geblieben.
Mit den Montage Hülsen, M8-Gewindestange+Muttern und einigen Beilagen konnte ich das neue Lager aber ohne weiters einpressen.
Innenlager ersetzte ein BB-MT500-PA
