The Shimano 10-speed Chainring for FC-T551 Cranks

The Shimano 10-speed chainring for the FC-T551 touring crank works optimally with the other front drivetrain components such as the front derailleur and chain, resulting in clean, smooth shifting (HyperDrive). It can be used for 24-32-44 and 26-36-48-tooth 3-speed gradations. FC-T551 chainrings are all made of aluminium.

Note to Type Designation:

The type designation (one or two characters) helps identify the compatibility of various chainrings with other chainrings. Because the larger chainrings have specially-formed teeth and upward shifting assistance, only particular smaller chainrings will match to ensure proper shifting performance. An XY chainring should only be combined with another XY chainring. This applies to all other types as well.
