The Caden II helmet from Giro impresses in urban environments with improved visibility thanks to a detachable LED rear light. To avoid sweating too much on the way to work or to a date at the café, the helmet is equipped with the wind tunnel ventilation system. It directs cool air around your head and heated air outwards. The Roc-Loc-City system with rubberised adjustment dial for the head circumference and three height settings in the helmet shell ensure a perfect fit. Soft helmet pads and narrow slimline harnesses round off the comfortable feel. The integrated Lock Port is particularly practical when you are on the move. This is an opening at the back of the head with enough space for a bicycle lock. This way you can easily lock your helmet together with your bike. The seamless visor protects you from sun and rain, while reflective details in addition to the rear light increase your visibility.

Technology:

Hard Shell Construction
The robust helmet outer shell is made of ABS composite, fibreglass or carbon. It is glued to the foamed EPS inner shell.

In-Mold Construction
The polycarbonate outer shell is glued to the EPS inner shell, which increases the resistance of the helmet. It also makes it easier to shape vents, which means that In-Mold designs typically have better ventilation systems and a lighter weight.

Roc Loc City
The helmet size is adjusted by a rubberised turn dial. In addition, three different heights of the adjustment system can be selected. Soft pads increase comfort and improve fit.

Wind Tunnel Ventilation
Internal ventilation channels and vents direct cool air around the head and expel excess heat.
