ION K-Pact Select Knee & Shin Pads

The K-Pact Select pad offers freedom of movement while providing optimal knee and shin protection. The main components of the pad, i.e. the protective inserts over the knee and tibia, are only connected to each other at the sides of the knee joint. As a result, these elements can slide over each other like tectonic plates in the front area when pedalling. The pad always remains close to the leg and does not slip. This means that enduro and all-mountain riders can now also enjoy full knee-shin protection, which was otherwise reserved for downhill riders. In the front knee area, SAS-TEC padding provides outstanding cushioning and the shin is protected from painful pedal slips by memory foam. Asymmetrically arranged side pads made of EVA protect the knee joint from impacts against the top tube as well as from lateral impacts. The K-Pact Select comes in an open construction, meaning the pad can simply be " folded" over the leg. It is no longer necessary to take off your shoes.
