This Back-Roller pannier by ORTLIEB with high-visibility features and QL3.1 mount is especially recommended for city and commuting use. A reflective thread is incorporated into the inconspicuous-looking surface, making you more visible in low-light conditions. The bag is equipped with the QL3.1 system. With this, a mount is attached to the pannier rack and the bag is simply clicked into place. So, for example, when you go shopping with the bag and carry it with the shoulder strap, its back is so flat that it doesn't bother you. The bag is equipped with a practical roll closure, which reliably repels external influences such as rain and at the same time affords you quick access to its contents. 20 litres of volume offer you enough storage space for a trip to the countryside, your daily commute or shopping.

Note from the Manufacturer:

To achieve the IP64 degree of protection (6 = dust-tight, 4 = splash-proof from all directions), the closure must be rolled up 3 to 4 times over and secured downwards.
Taking into account wear and tear, it is recommended to protect all contact points between the bag mount system and the pannier rack or a bicycle frame with paint protection sticker(s).
In addition, the permitted load of the pannier rack must be adhered to as well as the bag's maximum load capacity.

Quick-Lock3.1 Mount System
The Quick-Lock3.1 mount system is used in particular for office and urban bags and is characterised by the fact that a large part of the attachment elements are attached to the pannier rack. There are no hooks on the back of the bag, but flat attachment plates that are inconspicuous in everyday life and increase comfort while carrying. The bag is attached and removed in one easy step by simply lifting the handle to lock and unlock. The mounting set is adjustable in height and angle and the lower hook can also be rotated in 15-degree increments, so that it fits on a wide variety of racks and pedalling freedom is guaranteed. The mount system's rails also supports bags with QL1, QL2, QL2.1 and QL3 systems. Another advantage of the QL3.1 mount system: the support surface of the pannier rack remains free for items such as a bicycle basket.
