The Trace 2 Mega MTB Shoes by Sidi - When you need a little more width

The Trace 2 Mega MTB shoes from Sidi come here in a version for the wider foot. The shoe convinces with the Tecno-3 twist closure system and the MTB RS17 sole. Both ensure an even better hold on the shoe. This sole was developed especially for mountain biking and offers extremely good grip, high stability and prevents mud from sticking. In addition, the RS17 sole has high stiffness when pedalling with the necessary flexibility in running passages. The profile insert in the toe area can be replaced by cleats.

Mega Last:
The size of the upper has been reduced to create an ideal fit for wider feet. " Last" refers to the last, i.e. the shape around which a shoe is constructed.

Politex Upper:
The multi-layered Politex upper is an exceptional combination of compressed PVC, textile and felt. It is impact and tear resistant, dimensionally stable, durable and colourfast. Manufactured in accordance with European environmental directives.

MTB RS17 Sole:
Nylon sole with non-slip polymer inserts. This sole was developed especially for mountain biking and offers extremely good grip, high stability and prevents mud from sticking. The Sidi logo ensures optimum traction and better grip when placing your feet on the pedals. The RS17 combines extremely high rigidity while pedalling with necessary flexibility in running passages. Replaceable tread insert in toe area and inserts for optional cleats.

Soft Instep 3 Closure System:
Anatomical instep band for optimal adjustment and even pressure distribution across the instep.

Tecno-3 System:
Comfortable and ergonomic upper adjustment by means of nylon cable and turn dial on the upper part of the shoe. Easy handling while riding. Securer fit with velcro closures.

High Security Velcro:
Velcro fastener with integrated plastic hooks. The velcro strap remains in the correct position without slipping.

Size Guide:

Sidi shoes are smaller than you would expect from their size. It is best to order one size larger than usual.
