The downhill saddle: the SMD2 Saddle by Ergon

In an intensive development period, the requirements for the SMD2 saddle were formulated with the help of downhill professionals. The first Ergon saddle that is hardly ever sat on, but which serves all the more to control the bike. The entire surface design follows a slanted alignment of the saddle and gives you full freedom of movement. Padding around all edges improves bike guidance with the inner leg. Other important downhill features are impact-resistant saddle racks and extra-large tyre clearance at the rear, for compression of the rear triangle.
