Waterproof yet thin: Lightweight Waterproof Socks by GripGrab

The GripGrab Lightweight Waterproof socks are so thin that you can even wear them with tight-fitting cycling shoes. Until now, waterproof socks were relatively thick due to their usually 3-layer construction and therefore difficult to combine with tight-fitting cycling shoes. GripGrab's Lightweight Waterproof socks also feature a three-layer construction with a waterproof and breathable membrane between the inner and outer layers, but the latter are kept thin enough to achieve the perfect balance of comfort, durability and thermal insulation for cycling shoes, while of course being 100% waterproof.

Bin sehr zufrieden!
Absolut dicht und meine Befürchtung einer unzureichenden Belüftung war unbegründet.
Natürlich wird es erst einmal kühler wenn sie nass werden, aber im Gegensatz zu einem nassen Nassen Schuh schneller wieder warm.
Die kombination aus dünnem (schnell trocknendem) Schuh und dichten Socken ist für mich das bessere (wärmere) Konzept

Tip:
Ich habe außerdem die gefütterte Version, aber selten im Einsatz da die "dünnen" schon sehr warm sind und bei den dickeren für guten Kälteschutz ein größerer Schuh nötig ist.
Also wer unsicher ist: Erst mal die hier probieren!

Nach kurzer Regenfahrt stand das Wasser in den Socken. Unter Waterproof verstehe ich etwas anders.
bike-components hat auf meine Rückmeldung leider auch nicht reagiert. Daher wandern sie wohl besser in den Müll, bevor ich mich noch länger darüber ärgern muss.
