In Größe M für mich genau die richtige Breite. Sehr angenehmes Gelpolster, das auch bei etwas längeren Touren nicht unangenehm verhärtet wie andere Polster. Schambereich wunderbar entlastet. Würde ihn sicher weiterempfehlen.
