The Schwalbe Smart Sam Performance ADDIX 27.5+ folding tyre - for on- and off-road

The Smart Sam 27.5+ folding tyre from Schwalbe is perfect if you frequently change between asphalt and off-road terrain. The almost continuous tyre tread centre enables smooth rolling characteristics, the off-road tread pattern and the strong shoulder lugs give you safety in the open country.
Smart Sam gets additional puncture protection from the Double Defense carcass construction with RaceGuard under the tread.

ADDIX is also available as a Performance compound. The mixture is very durable and meets a wide range of requirements.

Double Defense
Combined puncture protection under the tread and on the sidewalls.
This is available in three versions. In the Race version SnakeSkin (all around) and RaceGuard (under the tread) protect additionally. On Tour tyres, SnakeSkin works on the sidewalls and high-density V-Guard is under the tread. " Plus" tyres combine a layer of GreenGuard under the tread and SnakeSkin on the sidewalls.

RaceGuard
A double layer of nylon fabric under the tread. Good protection for light, sporty tyres.

E-Bike 50:
For fast e-bikes a special approval of the tyres is necessary. Tyres with ECE-R75 approval valid throughout Europe are the simplest solution here.
