This bundle consists of two 28 mm wide Specialized Turbo Cotton Hell of the North 28" folding tyres and two matching Competition Latex tubes from Vittoria. This is because clincher tyres with inner tubes still have absolute victory potential, especially in races on difficult surfaces, such as those we know from Paris-Roubaix or the Tour of Flanders. The Turbo Cotton Hell of the North is a high performance road bike tyre with cotton carcass. Their fine 320 tpi fabric, in combination with the exclusive GRIPTON® compound, ensures smooth rolling characteristics and speed, while also ensuring low weight. For added safety, Specialized has incorporated a black puncture protection belt into the partially transparent sidewalls of the tyre. The Vittoria Competition Latex tube offers competitive performance and scores with low weight, low friction and reduced rolling resistance. As the name suggests, this compound provides an outstanding amount of traction and handling in all weather conditions, but this is not its only advantage. It also dampens vibrations, rolls very well and saves weight. GRIPTON tyres are manufactured and tested in a factory operated by Specialized in Vietnam.
