The Flint Kol 28" Gravel framest with Shimano GRX RX810 groupset for your gravel road adventure

The bc original Flint gravel bike frame with the Kol carbon fork is now also available with a complete Shimano GRX RX810 groupset. The GRX is the first Shimano groupset specifically for gravel use and features an efficient 1x11-speed crank, powerful flat-mount disc brakes and a Shadow Plus rear derailleur that easily masters the included 11-42 MTB cassette. Also included are a reliable rivet pin chain, a BSA bottom bracket and Ice-Tech brake rotors.
bc original Flint and Kol present themselves as usual as a versatile frame-fork combination with generous tyre clearance - 45 mm at the rear, even 50 mm at the front - as well as a simple and functional design. The Kol all-round fork impresses with its safety, low weight and numerous bikepacking accessory mounts. The geometry of the Flint is designed for use on rocky, rooted terrain and is also suitable for difficult descents. The aluminium frame offers you manoeuvrability and comfort on both short and long distances. In the second generation, it comes with detail changes such as a third bottle cage mount, a revised head tube and improved brake hose routing. The name " Flint" is derived from the flint that used to be mined on the Lousberg mountain in Aachen. " Kol" is the middle high-German word for " carbon" and thus refers to the carbon fibre material.

The Flint frame and Kol fork are each fitted with a thru-axle and all bolts. All other parts of the scope of delivery are not pre-assembled.

Note from the manufacturer:

The Cane Creek headset upper part is supplied with fork claw. However, this must not be used because it is a carbon steerer tube. Instead of the star nut, the headset expander, which is also included, must be used.
The maximum tightening torque of 2 Nm for the T25 bolts on the fork legs must not be exceeded.
