Performance tyres are for the ambitious racer. Solid materials and precise processing guarantee excellent quality.

Pure Grip
On the basis of the activated silica compound, the company worked purposefully towards a compound technology in the Performance segment. The result of the Korbach research and development department, after intensive development work, produced a new compound technology with excellent grip and rolling properties. The new rubber compound, with the self-explanatory name " Pure Grip" , joins the ranks behind the BlackChili compound and is used in performance products in the Road and Mountain bike segments. Here it ensures long lasting traction and high mileage of Continental tyres.

ShieldWall System
The ShieldWall system combines high puncture protection and the best smooth rolling with low weight. This is made possible by an additional, all-round puncture protection layer consisting of a finely woven cross fabric. This gives the tyre high resistance to punctures and damage. Despite the extra layer, the tyre has very good damping properties and high flexibility to adapt perfectly to the ground. Another feature of the ShieldWall system is its tubeless readiness. The revolutionary Tubeless Ready base allows easy and uncomplicated mounting of the tyre. For optimum sealing and application results Continental recommends using RevoSealant sealant.

ECO 25
The tyres with Continental ECO technology benefit from over 100 years of experience in the development of moped and motorcycle tyres. Optimised and recommended for e-bikes up to 25 km/h, they guarantee low rolling resistance and good puncture protection thanks to their particularly high-quality construction. The durability was tested especially for e-bikes to counteract the premature wear and tear caused by the additional driving force.
