Clavicula SE Compact Cranks by THM-Carbones - all carbon everything

The THM-Carbones Clavicula SE Compact Crank was manufactured from pure carbon, and truly lives up to its namesake (SE = sine exceptione = without restrictions / exceptions). It presents itself as a full carbon crankset with integrated carbon axle and inimitable design. In order to perfect the cranks' geometry and structure, THM carefully analysed all possible load combinations in the development phase. The result is an exceptionally stiff construction, with perfectly lossless power transmission. The patented connection between the left crank and the axle is also very special--it's the first carbon-to-carbon interface at the heart of a road bike drivetrain. Aligning the fibres of the external and internal splines reduces wear to almost zero and eliminates noise. In addition, the Clavicula SE Compact crank is lightweight, and weighs in at less than 300 grams with a spider attached.
