The Spyre SLC caliper is the weight-optimised version of the Spyre and is partly made of carbon. This brings with it both the highest quality standards and a high degree of innovation. The compact dimensions, low weight and compatibility with all common mechanical road brake levers round off the Spyre SLC.

Hallo Biker und Bikerinnen :)
Seit dieser Woche fahre die TRP Spyre mit KCNC Lightweight Scheiben an meine Gravelbike was 9,3kg wiegt. Was soll ich sagen - "Die Bremse ist der Hammer!" Ich bin erst gute 40km gefahren und Sie beißt schon so arg das das Hinterrad öfters mal blockiert. Auch vorne bekommt locker einen Stoppie hin. Ich fahre Sie mit SRAM Apex Bremshebeln und bin sehr zufrieden was die Dosierung und den Druckpunkt angeht.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist perfekte Justierung der Bremsbeläge! Kein Schleifen oder Klingeln mehr. Ich fahre eine SRAM Guide RSC an meinem Mountainbike und im Vergleich kann sich die Spyre echt sehen lassen.

Falls ihr überlegt sie auszuprobieren - ich kann es nur empfehlen. Und - Nein, ich bekommen keine Provision von TRP für die Bewertung :) Ich bin einfach nur happy das ich nach vielen Jahren eine Sorglosbremse gefunden habe welche günstig, leicht und wartungsarm ist. Deswegen gebe ich das Feedback weiter, damit auch andere vielleicht demnächst etwas zufriedener sind. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.
