TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN
§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Die vorliegenden Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für die Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel „Lakes’n’Knödel Gewinnspiel 2026“ und dessen Durchführung. Die Teilnahme erfolgt allein zu den hier ausgeführten Teilnahmebedingungen.
§ 2 Gewinnspiel
(1) Das Gewinnspiel wird veranstaltet von der Firma bc GmbH (im Folgenden: bc), Carlo-Schmid-Straße 12, 52146 Würselen. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Meta Platforms Inc. und wird weder von Meta gesponsert noch unterstützt oder organisiert.
(2) Die Teilnahmefrist ist zwischen dem 07.08.2026 (08:00 Uhr) und dem 14.08.2026 (23:59 Uhr) möglich. Eine verspätete Teilnahme wird nicht berücksichtigt.
(3) Es wird verlost:
Verlost wird ein (1) Solo-Startplatz für das Lakes’n’Knödel 2026 im Wert von
279,00 €. Eine Barauszahlung oder Übertragung des Gewinns ist ausgeschlossen.
§ 3 Teilnahme
(1) Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche und geschäftsfähige Personen ab dem 18. Lebensjahr. Der Teilnehmer muss seinen ständigen Wohnsitz in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft haben. Mitarbeiter von bc und deren Familienangehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
(2) Teilnahmeberechtigt sind nur Verbraucher. Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt sind Unternehmer nach § 14 BGB.
(3) Die Teilnahme kann ausschließlich online über die Instagram Kanäle @bikecomponents und @lakesnknoedel erfolgen.

Der in §2 Abs. 3 definierte Gewinn wird unter allen Teilnehmern verlost.
Der Teilnehmer hat wahrheitsgemäße, genaue, aktuelle und vollständige Angaben zu seiner Person (nachstehend „Anmeldungsdaten" genannt) mitzuteilen. Die Anmeldungsdaten sind vom Teilnehmer bei Bedarf zu aktualisieren und Änderungen unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
(5) Die Anmeldungsdaten werden von bc gespeichert. Weitere Informationen zum Datenschutz in § 5 und auf https://www.bike-components.de/de/datenschutz/
(6) Bei einem Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen oder dem begründeten Verdacht eines solchen Verstoßes durch den Teilnehmer ist bc berechtigt, den Teilnehmer mit sofortiger Wirkung auszuschließen.
§ 4 Durchführung
(1) Der Gewinner/ Teilnehmer wird in dem Fall, dass er gewonnen hat, von bc über den Gewinn per Instagram benachrichtigt.
(2) Der Gewinner hat sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen, nachdem er von bc informiert worden ist, bei bc zu melden. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von drei Tagen nach Benachrichtigung, verfällt der Gewinn. Es wird ein Ersatzgewinner ausgelost.
(3) Leistungsort ist der Sitz von bc, also Würselen.
§ 5 Anmeldungsdaten
(1) Der Gewinner erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass sein Name oder sein Instagram-Profilname im Zusammenhang mit der Bekanntgabe des Gewinns veröffentlicht werden darf.
(2) Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass bc seine Anmeldungsdaten bis zur Veröffentlichung des Gewinnspielausgangs nach § 6 speichert. Die personenbezogenen Daten werden spätestens zwei Wochen nach Abwicklung des Gewinnspieles gelöscht.
§ 6 Rechteeinräumung
Der Teilnehmer erklärt sein Einverständnis, dass bc oder aber beauftragte Dritte die von ihm zur Teilnahme eingereichten Medien oder Statements u.ä. im Rahmen der Berichterstattung des Gewinnspiels nutzen. Er räumt bc das nicht exklusive Nutzungsrecht einschließlich der Berichterstattung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel ein. Das Nutzungsrecht wird zeitlich, räumlich und inhaltlich unbeschränkt eingeräumt. Übertragung nach S. 1 gilt für alle Medien. bc ist zur umfassenden Auswertung der übermittelten Daten im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel im Internet und allen anderen Medien berechtigt.
§ 7 Haftung
(1) Bei leicht fahrlässigen Pflichtverletzungen beschränkt sich die Haftung von bc sowie ihrer Erfüllungsgehilfen auf den vorhersehbaren vertragstypischen unmittelbaren Durchschnittsschaden. Die Haftungsbeschränkung betrifft nicht Ansprüche aus Körper- und Gesundheitsschäden oder bei Verlust des Lebens, soweit dies bc zurechenbar ist.
(2) Alle Angaben erfolgen ohne Gewähr. Dies bezieht sich insbesondere auf die Veröffentlichung der Namen der Gewinner.
§ 8 Schlussbestimmungen
(1) Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Für Verbraucher, die den Vertrag nicht zu beruflichen oder gewerblichen Zwecken abschließen, gilt diese Rechtswahl nur insoweit, als nicht der gewährte Schutz durch zwingende Bestimmungen des Rechts des Staates, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, entzogen wird. Die Bestimmungen des UN-Kaufrechts finden keine Anwendung.
(2) Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen des Vertrages unwirksam sein oder werden, so wird hierdurch die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht berührt.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Section 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Participation govern participation in the "Lakes’n’Knödel Giveaway 2026" and its administration. Participation is subject exclusively to the terms set forth below.
Section 2 – Giveaway
The giveaway is organized by bc GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "bc"), Carlo-Schmid-Straße 12, 52146 Würselen, Germany. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc.
The participation period runs from August 7, 2026, 8:00 a.m. (CEST) until August 14, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
The following prize will be awarded:
One (1) solo entry for Lakes’n’Knödel 2026 with a value of €279.00.
Cash payment or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.
Section 3 – Eligibility and Participation
Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Participants must have their permanent residence within the European Union. Employees of bc and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
Only consumers are eligible to participate. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are not eligible.
Participation is only possible online via the Instagram accounts @bikecomponents and @lakesnknoedel.
To participate, entrants must:

Comment on the giveaway post.
The prize described in Section 2 (3) will be drawn at random from all eligible participants.
Participants must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal information (hereinafter referred to as the "registration data"). Participants are responsible for updating their registration data whenever necessary and must notify bc of any changes without undue delay.
Registration data will be stored by bc. Further information regarding data protection can be found in Section 5 and in bc's Privacy Policy.
In the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if there is reasonable suspicion of such a violation, bc reserves the right to exclude the participant from the giveaway with immediate effect.
Section 4 – Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be notified by bc via Instagram.
The winner must respond to bc within three (3) days of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
The place of performance is the registered office of bc in Würselen, Germany.
Section 5 – Registration Data
The winner agrees that their name or Instagram username may be published in connection with the announcement of the giveaway winner.
Participants expressly consent to bc storing their registration data until the giveaway results have been published in accordance with Section 6. Personal data will be deleted no later than two weeks after the giveaway has been completed.
Section 6 – Grant of Rights
Participants agree that bc, or third parties commissioned by bc, may use any media, statements, or similar content submitted for participation in connection with reporting on the giveaway.
Participants grant bc a non-exclusive right to use such content, including for reporting and public relations related to the giveaway. This right of use is granted without limitation as to time, territory, or scope and applies to all forms of media. bc is entitled to comprehensively use and evaluate the submitted content and data in connection with the giveaway on the internet and in all other media.
Section 7 – Liability
In cases of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the liability of bc and its agents shall be limited to the foreseeable, direct, and typical contractual damage. This limitation of liability shall not apply to claims arising from injury to life, body, or health where such damage is attributable to bc.
All information is provided without warranty. This applies in particular to the publication of the winner's name.
Section 8 – Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. For consumers who enter into the agreement for purposes outside their trade or profession, this choice of law shall apply only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
